Jacques Santer

Jacques Santer, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Jacques Santer held the position of Prime Minister of Luxembourg for three consecutive terms of office. He was then nominated the President of the European Commission and thereafter served as a Member of the European Parliament. Upon his retirement, Grand-Duc Jean of Luxembourg bestowed upon him the title of Honorary Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Jacques Santer is presently involved in social service activities and oversees in particular a number of charitable organizations.
 

 Jed Grant, Member of the Board, Membership*

An MBA graduate in finance and strategic planning and a computer scientist, Jed Grant has extensive experience as a senior executive in investment management and business intelligence. His focus is in the areas of due diligence and ethical conduct in the global financial sector. Jed Grant is actively involved in developing business intelligence systems.
 Glenn Meyer

Glenn Meyer, Member of the Board, Legal Affairs*

A member of the Luxembourg Bar, Glenn Meyer is a partner in the Banking and Financial Services Practice where he specialises in banking, civil and commercial law, advising institutional clients on issues relating to private banking (contentious and non-contentious) and on regulatory matters involving banks and investment firms. He also specialises in all aspects relating to various recent EU directives such as MiFID, PSD and the ones on the combat against money laundering and terrorism financing as well as the relevant laws having implemented them into Luxembourg law. Glenn Meyer is also a guest lecturer at the University of Luxembourg for the Master II degree in European banking and financial law.
 Luc Henzig

Luc Henzig, Member of the Board, Audit and Finance*

Luc Henzig is a Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg. As an economist, chartered accountant and auditor, he manages the firm’s advisory services that pertain in particular to compliance, assurance and internal controls. Luc Henzig is active in professional associations and teaches in a number of undergraduate programs.
 Michel Maquil

Michel Maquil,  Member of the Board

Michel Maquil has made his career at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, rising to the rank of President and Chief Executive Officer. His concerns have focused on corporate governance and transparency within the global financial sector. Michel Maquil is actively involved in a number of domestic and international professional associations, in particular those pertaining to the securities exchanges, investment funds and corporate governance.
 Gilbert McNeill

Gibb McNeill, President of the Executive Committee and Executive Director*

After completion of his doctorate in economic and social sciences at the University of Geneva, Gilbert McNeill engaged in worldwide banking, business, consulting and research activities while sustaining academic work in economics, ethics, finance and management  in a number of American universities. He has substantial experience in start-up and management of educational and nonprofit organizations.
 

François Schanen, Member of the Board, Treasurer*

Having concluded his studies in Luxembourg, François Schanen joined the state savings bank, Banque de Caisse et d’Epargne et de l’Etat. He then worked through bank positions, professional development and training programs to the position of branch manager of the bank. His duties include customer relations and accounts management as well as advising clients through banking services on investment strategy.
 

Yves Wagner, Member of the Board, Policy & Strategy*

Yves Wagner has combined an international banking career as a senior executive with an extensive one in academe in the fields of economics and finance at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is actively involved in finance-related professional associations, presiding in particular over the Luxembourg association of financial analysts and portfolio managers. With particular focus on fund management governance and supervision, Yves Wagner is actively engaged in promoting ethical standards and practices in governance and related activities in the financial sector.
 Patrick Zurstrassen

Patrick Zurstrassen, Member of the Board

Patrick Zurstrassen, an engineer with an MBA from UCLA, has extensive experience in international banking and finance as a senior executive and chief executive officer. He is actively involved in a number of professional associations worldwide that are concerned with corporate governance.  Patrick Zurstrassen lectured in finance at the Université Catholique de Louvain.
